A huge thank you to the employees of BCI Central Philippines for the successful donation drive last May 28th, benefitting the victims of the Tondo fire. The devastating incident affected over 600 families, and the generous contributions from BCI Central employees, both in-kind and monetary, will contribute to the essential resources for the victims over the next 2-3 months.
On behalf of our NGO partner, UpSkills Foundation, FairBuilding Network extends its heartfelt thanks to everyone who donated their generous contributions of hygiene kits and food. Last May 28th, the FBN team, along with UpSkills Foundation’s social worker Ms. Jamilyn, visited the affected site and witnessed the community’s efforts to rebuild their homes and livelihoods with the limited resources they have. We encourage our Industry Partners to support this initiative by donating essential construction materials to help these families in their recovery journey.
