BCI Central successfully turned over office equipment to Social Building Partners on the first of February. This activity was conducted as part of the ongoing renovation of the BCI Central Philippines office in Makati City.
This furniture has now found new homes in different non-government organizations for their service of working with marginalized communities. In addition, this sustainable practice can significantly reduce carbon footprint through this refurbishment project. With this sustainable practice, private companies like BCI Central can show that they can make a real difference in the lives of the Filipino community while creating a positive environmental impact.
Here is the first batch of Social Building Partners that successfully acquired and used office equipment in their offices and projects:
An NGO that works closely with marginalized communities not just in the country but all over Asia and seeks to restore the dignity of the underprivileged sectors through livelihood, education, and health.
An NGO that provides holistic and nurturing interventions for the street children and youth entrusted in their care.
A national NGO that implements development programs for the vulnerable sectors of small farmers, fisherfolks, Indigenous peoples, women and youth
